The site has detailed photos and great information about each item. It was easy to use.
20 bucks for a cabinet knob, and 13 dollars for shipping? A bit excessive. But I guess you had what I was looking for and I had to pay it. Still. TOO DAMN HIGH.
I found the product I wanted at a good price
I received your name from Forms and Surfaces as a place where I could buy their cabinet pulls. After initially trying unsucessfully to order on line I called customer service and Julie was great. Explained there were problems with the web site, took my order and all went well. Happy to see the web site working today.

I had issues checking out and ultimately placed two of the exact same orders by accident. Before I even received the order confirmations, your customer service department called making sure there wasn't a mistake on my end. The issue was cleared up within 10 minutes of the orders taking place. This is unheard of and very much appreciated!
