I measured my husbands head and double checked that against an M&S hat specification that I knew was slightly too large. I ordered what was advertised as a maximum 59cm hat which should have been smaller than the M&S hat. When it arrived it was far too big. Much bigger than the M&S hat specified as maximum 60cm. Then I had to pay £4 to return the hat without being given an opportunity to say that the hat was not as described. 5 days after posting it, I haven't heard from Knighthood re-the return or received a refund. Really poor service. I won't buy from them again.

So glad I came across Truclothing. I ordered the navy wool blazer at a fantastic price but was sceptical as to how the quality would be, it arrived very quickly and I was surprised at the sheer quantity and workmanship of the jacket its absolutely beautiful I was so impressed I got straight back on to Truclothing and ordered a gray one which came the next day wow you don't get quicker than that. Smooth transaction very easy to order from conformation can straight through to my email I've done alot of shopping online over the years had alot of disappointment.
