This knife is great. It has everything: the sharpness of the Japanese steel and the convenience of a western handle. Usually I would go for a light Japanese handle for my biggest knives but for the small one I believe this combo is unbeatable, the fact that the damascus steel is plain gorgeous is the cherry on top. Grat service at Knifewear: kind, efficient and always helpful.
