I ordered some nails to try Kleo for the first time. They were a little too long for me. I asked about returns and they told me if the seal on the box was broken I couldn’t return them for health reasons but they gave me a full credit so I could try another set. Can’t ask for more than that!

Already lost a nail after 3 days and one came chipped but customer service was phenomenal about that. I know it’s probably a learning curve with applying them right. I do not like how flimsy they are. I cannot even take the battery out of my work phone without them bending and now the thumb nail is mis shaped because of it. I don’t think there is enough size options for certain colors in this set.

I feel like the nails should be numbered so that it’s easier to make sure you’re putting the same one on the other hand. I wasted a few thinking it was the same and then got it on and realized it wasn’t.

Got to my house earlier than expected!
