I have ordered multiple times ama had no issues. I recently placed an order for 7 pair of nails. When they arrived they shorted me 4 pairs. After sending pictures to my sales person I got a replacement order shipped. That order came and they shorted me again on one pair. Now in the mail for the third time. Kinda crazy and took a while to get everything sorted out.
