I gave 4 stars as I was not advised in shipping confirmation email that the pillows would be shipped separately. Dont appreciate that you cannot contact a person in customer service to discuss issues. Would prefer live person. Not computer. Not everyone has access to computers especially our older seniors. They want to reach a live customer service rep.
