Really like the service so far. I had an issue with an Amazon order and you guys resolved it amazingly. Was really encouraging as I wanted to do the subscription but wasn't sure when an order went wrong. Resolved it in a way that one, set me up properly as a first time Mum but two, reassured me if there was ever any future issues I can trust it'll be sorted out. Turned a had first time experience into a properly positive one.
