Super easy to navigate the website, HUGE selection of top of the line products from big name suppliers. I found the Bishop Fantom for under $175!!! I bought both 3. 5mm and 4. 2mm for my collection. Placing the order was quick and easy, it shipped out the next day. All my orders have always been delivered quickly 2 - 3 days. I had an issue with 1 of the shipping boxs being damaged (Not Kingpins fault!!!) looks like UPS put their foot through it. Some of the packages inside were messed up. I let Kingpin know about it and they were sending replacements the next day. This is GREAT customer service, I will be making Kingpin my go to from now on.
