Ordered an Oros chair in Oxblood by Tat Soul. . the Base, Hardware and Hydraulic pump came in just fine. Ups lost the Upper Cushions and such. (The Largest Box) i cant remember her Name, Maria is think, Helped me out and got the rest of my Order shipped out and had FedEx complete the Order. FedEx still didnt treat that box with much respect it looked like it went through Hell and back. . . but it got here. Ultimately Kingpin was great and helpful. I'd give ups 1 star, FedEx maybe 3.
