I bought an open box tree. We saved a lot by purchasing it. The condition is excellent brand new. I would definitely recommend.

I’m super happy with my queen flock Christmas tree. It was delivered a day before it had originally said, which I was surprised at because it had originally said the delivery instructions had to be reapplied. There was no damage to the boxes. It was easy to assemble which again surprised me as this is a very full tree. The lights worked first time and as I attached the tree together the lights automatically came on. I did add another 1000 lights to it as I like a lot of lights on my trees. I had hardly any mess from the flock whilst assembling it and unless the tree is knocked it’s not dropped any flock at all, which I had read on other reviews had been a problem. I think the only downside to the tree is attacking the tree topper; I had to use a number of the top branches and attach my star using a zip tie and it wasn’t really that much of a problem hence why I’m still giving 5*. Other than that I absolutely love my tree and would definitely recommend getting one and I’d buy again.
