I was amazed with the results of the product. I have arthritic knees and neuropathy in my legs. The relief was almost immediate. No knee pain. I am able to play 9 holes of golf with being worn out and am not getting the soreness and stiffness I usually get. I am 79 years old.

I have only just started trying these. I was hoping they would aid in helping me sleep better but so far they make me a little jittery. I am only taking 1/2 of a gummy about an hour before bed but I don't fall asleep faster and when I do, I have very vivid dreams that tend to wake me. Not what I was shooting for.

My experience so far, ordering and shipping was good. Container sfety seal wasnt secure. It was loose when i removed the lid. There seems to be a difference in how one gummy is strong in the other gummy isn't regarding your 30 mg jar I took one one night didn't feel a thing I took one last night and had a hard time getting up that tells me something's not consistent in the manufacturing process. Time will tell.
