I can't recommend these guys more. I recently made a purchased online after doing so awhile back. I finished the purchase and looked at my email receipt, which said "pickup order" should be ready shortly. I couldn't believe I didn't choose the shipping option to California, but I found out that California was becoming strict on out of state purchases by not allowing it. I called customer support and they had about six days to get the purchase to my house before the first of July. They did it! Arrived quickly days before the deadline.

I was pleasantly surprised that my package arrived in just a few days vs the almost 2 weeks. At the initial order processing it said my order would get to me in about 2 weeks, but it only took a few days. The chocolate was in a zip lock baggie surrounded by those little reusable freezer packs. The chocolate was not melted, but there was moisture from the packs that were starting to disintegrate the other packaging. The entire package was packed very well and secure. Thanks KO!!!
