5 stars for all and any category. The washable silk is amazingly soft and comfortable and like new after washing. Beautiful selection of high quality kimonos. Designs are lovely. This is my Second purchase and I will purchase more. Treat yourself!

Terrible quality robe. Terrible material. Terrible refund process
Ordered a robe for my friend Max that I thought was silk. Turns out it wasnt. My mistake. The quality was awful but not silk so fair. Exchanged for the silk one. Paid twice as much for it. Waited. Silk was not nearly worth the price for the quality and material. Decided to return it. Immediately sent it back and never even wore or laundered it. I believe it's been weeks and I haven't received any refund or word of when my refund will arrive. I hope to never buy products from this company again. This wasn't even for me. This was a gift and it became such a hassle and waste of time the friend was completely disappointed. I will follow up about my refund. Im owed several hundred dollars.

I found the return process to be a pain and I wish you were more transparent that not all your robes are silk. I feel I should have gotten a full refund.

I bought a kimono for my wife for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, she doesn’t like it, so I’d like to return it. For some reason, the Kim + Ono site won’t let me. I tried reaching out, but never got a reply. Customer service says that they’ll respond within 2 business days, but it has been 12 days and nothing.
