I called and asked for a specific item which they sent me the link. It was the wrong item and same i’d been receiving and couldn’t use. Thinking I was going to have trouble returning and out S&H I was not happy. Sent an email and very surprised they apologized and quickly sent me a return label and returned the full amount I paid. Customer service is not a thing anymore these days and I was very pleasantly surprised some companies still value their customers. If ever I need pool or safety items they will be the first I check and give them my business. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
