Right on time

I looked at other aqua-dumbbells online, but I picked Kiefer because you offer different levels of resistance. I have been doing water aerobics about once a week for a year or more. When I use the larger dumbbells, I tend to float up off the bottom of the pool. The instructor suggested that I move to shallower water and use lighter "weights". I chose the "light resistance" set (second to the lightest) and they provide a challenging workout for me. I'm in good health, 5'4", and weigh about 137 lbs. My advice is, you don't have anything to prove by getting the bigger dumbbells. Choose the ones that work for you!
