Customer rep was SO AWESOME keeping me updated with the status of the backorder on this item. Ricci was absolutely wonderful!! 100% satisfied with my purchase and my experience with Kidrobot.

The pre-order was a long wait and proposed to another quarter. Other than that, service was great!

This was a pre-order so it took a while to ship but that was to be expected. Patience is a virtue.
