I was riding around with one taillight for about a year because I couldn't find the part I needed. After searching and searching I ran across your site and thats when I found the part. I was so excited. I felt like it was too good to be true so I called just to make sure it was a reputable company. The guy who answer the phone was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. After hanging up I was convinced that this was going to be my kia parts store. I paid for next day shipping bc I wanted the part asap. The part was shipped to me the next day. And was a perfect fit. It was very misleading when I ordered the part. I didn’t know I was buying from a dealership’s site (I believe Ventura) — thought it was just a KIA parts general site. I ordered the wrong part after calling another KIA for help. I was going to return/exchange it for the right part but was unable (at least never got a reply to my email) and would’ve ordered other parts I need. The “original packaging” was the part wrapped in plastic (Saran wrap) with a SKU sticker. I didn’t want to just take it out of the trash and wrap it up because that seems gross. Instead realized how these parts sites work (and why there are oddly so many) and was able to order the part I needed in Huntington and pick it up myself instead of paying for shipping. Not exactly happy with KIA and why there so many “KIA OFFICIAL” parts sites.

Awesome customer service. Called and they were able to answer my questions quickly and didn’t argue when I explained my optima had an upgraded leather seat package which did not line up with the vin#.

I ordered a serpentine belt. I even included the VIN number when ordering the belt. But, unfortunately the belt was 3 inches shorter than required. I tried and tried installing it, but no way to fit since it was shorter. I ended up buying a Continental belt at Autozone. That belt had the correct length and had no problem installing it. Not cool, not cool at all.

Easy process to research what I needed, find the right thing, order it and be able to track it getting to me. Will definitely shop on the site again
