On your website I ordered the front wheel hub assembly for a Kia Forte GT Line 2020 you guys sent me the rear wheel hub assembly I wasted gas and my time driving to Ventura California from Bakersfield California to pick it up and with gas prices the way they are I could not believe you sent the wrong part then I found out the right part was on 12 weeks back order so I’m very unhappy dealing with you guys I never will again

Thanks for helping me find the exact speakers for my Kia, they look great and even arrived early. I repaired my old speakers and decided to keep these as backups for when the original speakers fail again.

Website is easy to navigate. Shipping is shipping and I received part of the order ready. The part I received I'm worried that it's durability since it's rolled up. This is supposed to be the engine splash guard. I don't feel this has any oem like quality and will most likely be sending this back. Had it not been rolled up for shipping I might have had more confidence in it.

The pricing for the trunk latch was good and got delivered quickly. Also the piece came in good condition and was the exact model my car needed. Installed the new latch to my car the same day I picked up the package.

I ordered my parts July 23rd and it is September 30 and have not received my parts. The tracking number that I was sent shows delayed. It has been over 2 months in transit. I have made 3 inquiries to the vendor to send parts again or give me a refund and no action. On a good side for the vendor the checkout and user interface is very good and the follow up automated emails are solid. I appear the lucky winner of having their parts lost in the mail.
