Terrible service. Ordered the same product twice and was just sent the free gifts. No explanation given at all. Apparently they do not give discounts for poor customer service Would never use this company again.

I am very pleased with Keys Soulcare. My skin feels so refreshing and smooth.

The customer service was wonderful my package came nicely wrapped but the o ly thing was something was open and my box wasn't sealed all the way . I can say customer was on it.

First of all, my order was shipped incompletely to me (with extra shipping) . When I approached the customer care team about this issue, instead of offering to send the product, they said they would simply refund the amount to me in 5-7 days. After 7 business days, I contacted them again asking where is the refund. To which it seemed like nobody had done anything on the initial request, and put in a new request for me. I had to wait over 15 days for the refund to reflect into my account. Even if the products are nice, the whole customer experience goes downhill with such interactions and you do not feel like ordering from or purchasing from the brand again.

In one year, I have transformed my skin with the whole line of Keys skin care. Never going back. Thanks to Ipsy, I was introduced to this line.

I’m now down the rabbit hole of Keys products. I own just about all of her skin care line. I actually fall deeper in lust with each serum, moisturizer, and cleanser after each use. I thoroughly enjoy the entire experience, Alicia’s essence really comes through making my skincare routine a delight morning and night.

While I like the products, i was disapointed on how long it took to just make my package ready to ship. And after all this time, the package was incomplete. . . Not sure If im ordering again.
