I was gifted a Launch 4 and after two months of daily use, while belt carrying, the pivot screw feel out. I contacted Kershaw through their warranty website and explained my situation. They shipped me a replacement pivot screw right away, no hoops to jump through, no nonsense. Fantastic customer service and warranty experience!

I needed to replace the stop pin on my Kershaw knife, but was skeptical because my model had been discontinued. I emailed the company and requested a replacement stop pin, but did not expect a reply. To my amazement I received a replacement stop pin in the mail about 10 days later and easily installed it. I love my knife and was not ready to stop using it. How grateful I am for a company that really supports it products and cares about its customers. . of which I'll be for life!

Knife was ordered and arrived within 14days. Love that it came from Oregon and could track it the whole way. It was packaged in manufacturer box and in another box packed with paper. No damage in transit. Ordering Knife was a breeze. Website was easy to understand and operate. The Knife itself is great. Pocket clip has already been tested and passed. (It got hung on cardboard sliding under a car. Clip bent but was able to put back and still works. ) Love how it operates. Easy open and close.
