I had the knife engraved and even having do so, it still came very quickly

I paid for a blade replacement and return shipping. My knife was returned with the same blade. It was sharpened, but the tip was knocked off in the process, an amateur mistake. I am very disappointed with this service.

Knives are great (bought a Iridium - Reverse Tanto) but company practices are not. Received 30% off welcome code off MSRP and only rec'd $10 off instead of $30. A person named Paula said maybe a mistake was made by them but since I already have the knife, there was nothing they could do. Unbelievable. Thought the company was more professional.

Service was fast and easy, it only cost me the shipping amount.
