I recently snapped the tip off of the blade of my Kershaw knife. It was a very simple process to send the knife in and have the blade replaced. Their website provides simple directions to follow. Thank you.

I am so happy to have my knife back. My only issue is the communication is lacking, so I did bump it down a star, but these 1660 knives are amazing! Perfect weight, size, etc. Next time i need to send it in, I will buy a second one so i am not without for so long. Yes i have other knives, but this is my favorite.

Kershaw knives are the best as EDCs. This is the first time I sent a knife back for repairs and the service was outstanding - repaired, cleaned, sharpened - and sent back promptly.
