I needed to replace the heating elements on both of my portable grills after 3 years. Although I did not think three years was a reasonable time for these premium bar-b-que’s to break down, I did not have a problem with the 71.00/ element. However, the shipping cost of 137.00 for a 2 lb parcel to Hawaii is robbery. I attempted to call the customer service area to see if there was a way to reduce the shipping, but was told to just order on line. That is the way it is done.

Kenyon customer service has been great. First they helped track down my delivery on our new grill. Then they promptly replied when I was searching for a grill cover.

Kenyon's recommended GFCI for the 220 volt feed line on vessel would not work. Found one that simply wired on the 14/3 feed on Amazon.

We had issues with UPS on the delivery. We contacted both UPS and Kenyon. Kenyon was very concerned and kept in contact with us until the grill arrived. We were very pleasantly surprised to receive a utensil set within the next few days.

Small City Grill is amazing product. Heats to high enough temperature to sear steaks. No smoke when grilling and easy clean up. Better than my gas grill.

Having used other electric grills, I knew I was looking for a better design and that I found it when I saw Kenyon. I’ve had mine for several years and it performs really well. I can get nice grill marks and cook steaks to desired temperature be it medium rare for some verses medium for others.

I love this grill but a $950 grill and they sell the $25 warming rack separately?!? Makes me think the company is cheap and stingy.

My City Grille achieves temperatures beyond any other electric grill I’ve ever used, is essentially smokeless, is super compact, and with the optional griddle it can cook virtually anything. Best purchase I could have made for the deck of my beach condo.

My Kenyon grill would trip the breaker. The technical support was great and made it easy to diagnose a bad heating element. On line ordered of the new parts was easy and a few days later the grill was good as new.

Love the grill, assembling the stand was difficult. Two man job. Some of the holes didn’t line up. And two pieces had bends that needed to be straightened with pliers.
