It has been 10 months since I started using Keeps but I have not seen a notable improvement in wait growth. My hair stylist thinks she sees a little thickening but barely noticeable new growth.

I have been using this product for more than 2 years. I see the product is no more working, not sure the quality of medicine is compromised?

Contacted customer service to speak to a provider about my plan but was unable to. I have not seen positive results . . coming up to a year

I was hesitant to start a treatment plan for my hair loss because I didn't want to be that guy desperately trying products to try to stay young forever. I eventually caved and Keeps has made it easy to keep my hair longer than I expected to. I also had better results than many of the people I knew had tried Minoxidil. I feel lucky for that.

First off all using hair growth serum doesn't mean we are patients. Please use term Customer instead. It feels like we consulted a doctor and had sessions or surgery. From now onwards please use Customer. And coming to the Product I don't say the product is great but good enough to control the hair fall.

I've been using Keeps for almost 2 years now and the progress my hair has made is very impressive. My barber has confirmed many times that my hair has improved, regrown and thickened.

I have not noticed an improvement… but my hair loss has not gotten worse. It could be the treatment but I can’t be sure.

Haven’t seen any positive results to my hairline and the auto renewal leaves little to no time to cancel your subscription.

keeps does a great job at providing care, support, and choices in the service area and seeks to improve where ever needed!

Why is there no heads up. I just see "the order is being filled and sent to you" etc. I still have too much medication. I don't know how the timing was set up but I'm going to have to try to set the schedule
