I have been a Keeps customer for several years. I think the Minoxidil foam product is ok. . . hard to tell if it works, and is kind of expensive related to other options. The thing that drives me crazy though is that they consistently ship really early (multiple weeks) and don't notify you before shipping out your next order. So I could have 2 or 3 months of product remaining, and they ship me more. I have asked repeatedly to give me a heads up before they ship, but they haven't made that change. I have like 6 extra bottles in my cabinet from all of the early shipped bottles they have sent me that I can't get through.

Please for the love of god can you send out some sort of email like, 2 weeks in advance that a new supply is coming, and not just INSTANTLY charge when it happens? Great product otherwise, your business department sucks

The products are easy and effective to use, and the customer support has been incredibly helpful. I recently had a package come damaged, and they sent me a replacement on expedited shipping for no charge to make sure i could stay on track with my routine. Highly recommend Keeps

Too expensive for customers

Not working like advertised. been on t since July 2025 and have less hair than when I started.

I’ve been using Keeps medication for 4 years. My hair had started to thin and I didn’t want to just let it happen. The combination of Minoxidil and Finasteride proved to work well. One key I learned was to ensure the Minoxidil gets down to the scalp as your hair thickens. With the foam, running your hand under cold water before application prevents the foam from dissolving in the hand and taking the time to ensure the medicine is fully massaged into the scalp is critical. I’m 61 years of age and have a thick head of hair and I am very thankful I took action as soon as my hair began thinning.

I have been using this product for a couple of years and I feel like it helps slow the loss slightly but does not help grow a full head of hair. The cost continues to go up and up, but it seems like a hair transplant would be the way to go from the start.

My hair continues to become more thin. I recently received my package from KEEPS. All was fine except I found that I was short one bottle of thickening hair shampoo; instead I found two bottles of hair thickening conditioner.

The mix is pretty effective in what it’s supposed to do. The only side effect is that the skin is covered in a thin film and is very itchy. Likely due to alcohols or other additives.

Good solution

I have been religiously applying my keeps Foam for coming up on a year soon. Unfortunately I have not seen any hair growth. Maybe it just doesnt work for some people. That doesnt mean it wont work for anyone, it just hasnt worked for me.
