Hi l put okay above the product l recieved (one pair of sandals and one pair of shoes)are faultless so very happy this end. I did have a niggle that l saw your sale just before the start of black friday sale and ordered the shoes which arrived after the B/Friday sale started z nc thats when l found out l could of purchased them even cheaper +a first time purchase discount also free frieght by this time l had talked my son into purchasing a pair of boots with all the discounts ,l feel a little cheatedwith you saying things where on a sale and then finding out wait a couple days,we have in our household at least a dozen pairs of shoes and boots which have all been purchased in shops,a first time ordering on line just feel cheated

Prompt delivery. I like the colour's. Only thing I find is the sole wears down fairly quickly. I had a very old pair and the sole seemed more durable. Having said that I have multiple pairs.

ordered accidentely a wrong size for the kids, which could happen quick due to the different international sizes. asked customer service to replace with the right size but declined to do a direct replacement. advise was to send wrong size pair of shoes back to keen by our own shipping costs and order a new pair of keen shoes with paying again shipping costs. absolut terrible customer service. not sure if they want to build up a relationship with the customer. .
