Excellent shoe as usual for Keen but I have a suggested work on. I modified the lace up method so it was more positive around the ankle. I made the top 2 and bottom 2 sets of laces separate and independent in each shoe. The register of shoe to heel stays tight now.

Great experience. For the first delivery the tracking showed onboard for delivery for 2 working days. When I sent an enquiry through I got an immediate response informing when I could expect delivery. I had to return the item for a smaller size and was informed when that left the warehouse and when it was due for delivery. Shout out to Ruslan for making the effort and helping out as required.
