A good sturdy tree with lots of fun options for my kittens. I did get splinters from handling the sisal when putting this together - did not experience that with 2 other trees i bought from different suppliers.

easy and quick to assemble, it’s my kitty’s new favourite place. Glad to see he enjoys sleeping there and goes crazy on scratching the poll. The material on the scratching post is not as rough as the polls so he probably doesn’t know it’s for scratching (lol) Another note to improve from customer service side is communication. My order was a pre-order item, and while I expected to be longer to receive, there was no updates since the confirmation email, especially didn’t know the order was delayed due to port issue until I followed-up.

Delivered product had a defect that was reported. Received new replacement part 2 days later. Highly recommended provider if quality built cat trees.
