Speedy delivery plus sorting out my wrong size choice and retrieving before it hit the border and replacing with the right size, so, very impressed with that for starters. Jacket arrived and was just in time for a cold snap and Elsa just loves it, asks for it to be put on, reverses up so I can get her front legs in and zip it up. Perfect. No matter how she rolls around it doesnt get twisted or come off. Good result all round.

love the sizing as i have neo mastiff and the giant fits my boy and the xlarge fits my girl keeps them warm and not to hot on the few cold night we get in the tropics
