I bought 2 Durston tents and added the tent poles a day after. I found Kaviso very helpful and efficient and they added the poles to my order with no issue. They got the order together and out in very good time. My only issue wasn’t with kaviso but with FedEx, who sent me a message to say that my parcel has been delivered to my address at noon whereas, in fact, they had given it to another courier who delivered it the following day. This did give me a night of stress, not knowing what had happened to the tents! I totally understand that this is outside Kaviso’s control but thought the feedback might be interesting. I would definitely order from Kaviso again and I’m looking forward to my trip with the Durston tents! Catherine
