So while hiking the AT this year, I rolled back in my Durston x-mid 1pV2 and tore the inner at the peak. I used gear tape to close the holes and was not sure what to do. Went on Durston Gear FB page and someone suggested to call Kaviso as he had a similar issue. So the next day I called and I spoke to the nicest woman and told her my situation and was able to order a new inner and had it shipped to Fontana Village. Can’t say enough about how great the service was and how quickly it arrived. Thanks to Kaviso and the woman that assisted me!!
