Ordered online. On the day the pants were supposed to arrive, I got the notification that they'd be refunded when a few days before customer service on the phone confirmed the arrival date. Reached out to customer service by mail to enquire why and never got a reply. I will avoid ordering anything through Kathmandu in the future
