It took 15 days for order to arrive. It was sent USPS Priority Ground. I never heard of Priority Ground and it certainly was not “Priority”.

I like everything except the fact that you can't return anything if it doesn't work. It would be nice to be able to try the products first and return them if they don't work.

My girls and I love these products. In fact, when there is a good "bundle" sale, I will buy multiple boxes and give them as gifts. Sure, I wish they were a little less expensive, but I've made my peace with the high cost of skincare. Ordering is easy. I like the company's philosophy and their ingredients.

Arrived on reasonable scheduled time but missing one sample -the packing slip said 2 samples. It was for free so it’s ok. I really wish the packaging was not so wasteful and environmentally friendly.

Shipping was timely and product was as described.
