Karman was very responsive and I have the tool I need to adjust my chair. Their customer service team sent me links to knowledge about my chair. I do wish their products and others put dimensions on their products so that it is easier to access parts.

The customer service at Karman Health was excellent, but the chair itself is the opposite. It's uncomfortable, unsteady and hard to wheel. I would not buy this chair again.

The wheelchair arm arrived very quickly. It might be helpful to note in the description that an Allen head screwdriver is necessary to attach the armrest.

Amber was outstanding. It was a great pleasure speaking to her. She knows her business. Very fast shipping. Note: Chair fits nicely under table but needs a softer standard seat. I did find the leges tasking to adjust length.

Superb service and delivery. The product is GREAT! It seems quite strong. My wife loves the feel of it and says it is very comfortable. The weight is excellent. . . very light with wheels on. The great thing to me is the flexibility of the chair frame. While it is strong, it can still flex enough to take the slight drops in the sidewalk or tilt when passing over an access ramp. It flexes enough to take common obstacles easily. Great job.
