Difficulty getting antitippers on due to rubber piece on back of chair. Putting together of calf strap needed more explanation to make it 18 inches. Not sure I did it right

Love the chair, fast delivery all good. Problem is completing warranty online. It requires a copy of receipt. I bought online direct from YOU. I got NO receipt. So registration for warranty never happened.

Nice, light chair. One of the foot rests was slightly damaged and hard to extend. Not an issue that warrants customer service.
