The cup holder they sold me was not compatible with the model wheelchair they sold me. While they refunded the cost of the cup holder, they refused to acknowledge the flaw or offer a solution. I wish I had purchased my mother’s wheelchair elsewhere.

Difficulty getting antitippers on due to rubber piece on back of chair. Putting together of calf strap needed more explanation to make it 18 inches. Not sure I did it right
