I’m very happy with my new reclining sectional. It was easy to assemble and fits perfectly in my living room. Delivery was on time and even took a few of the empty boxes away for me.

Martin's service at the store was excellent. The delivery team was polite and professional. The customer service regarding my missing handle has been a challenge. First I received the wrong color and now have been told to wait 6-8 weeks for the proper handle. Proper handle should have been sent with the original order.

Our salesman Kent was so attentive and helpful. He made our first experience shopping at Kane’s a great one. The quality of our furniture is perfect and the delivery service was careful and neat.

My experience with Brant (the salesperson) was fantastic. He was extremely helpful along the way, and set very clear expectations with regard to delivery timing during the pandemic. Two out of 3 delivery teams also were great and wore masks. The 3rd and final delivery guys did not wear masks at all, which is what knocked this review down from 5 stars.
