I purchased Bertie for my friend as a gift for her baby shower. I waited for quite a while for it to arrive and before I had a chance to follow up, Luke from K and K creative got in touch with me and let me know that the original Bertie had unfortunately been in the Australia Post van that caught on fire. They quickly had a new Bertie on it's way to me and we're very apologetic. I am just so grateful that they noticed my package hadn't made its way to me and they didn't just ignore it, they investigated and then updated me.
