Waited a month for this delivery. Communication wasn't good - I received one empty email then a date for dispatch which was way off the mark. However I am happy with my goods. I think the offer on the media campaign emptied their stock.

Fast response and the experience only compromised in that they use Evri for delivery. I avoid any company that uses them and will not order again direct from Kallysleep.

The pillow was delivered well wrapped and I good time.

Tbh it took longer than expected for the pillows to arrive but happy they did eventually!

After waiting several weeks for my side sleep pillows to arrive, they finally turned up. Was the wait worth it, well no. Very uncomfortable despite giving it several nights to get used to it. Will I be returning at my own expense, NO they will go on the guest bed. Very disappointing given the reviews.
