We’re based in New Zealand and ordered the Nocturnal for my 11yr old son. Although the first package was unfortunately damaged during shipping, Kala Sundial provided exceptional customer service—responding promptly and sending out a replacement without delay. The Nocturnal itself is beautifully crafted - my son loves exploring timekeeping through it. Really impressed with both the product and their support!

The pocket sundial and pocket nocturnal and two travel cases came very quickly, thoughtfully packaged so that they arrived in perfect condition with a minimum of wasteful packaging. Wonderful experience!
