I identified my problem with the adhesive sheets not being strong enough. Kailo sent a package of a newer batch and a package of extra strong. The extra strong were what I expected from the original sheets. The newer sheets were an improvement but my patch fell off while I was out shopping and I couldn’t find it. It was on my back and I don’t know when it fell off. The patch did make a positive difference, once I could keep it in place.

Customer service via email is very helpful. They responded quickly and were honestly interested in providing solutions.

I’ve been testing them out on patients in pain. So far, these seem to be helping them find relief.

Greatest product ever

Purchased a 3 pack of Kailo patches. Specifically for my left shoulder pain and one for my wife’s back pain. The patch has reduced both our shoulder and back pain. So I would give the patches 5 stars. Only problem is the adhesive - the patch side works fine. The adhesive to body side is pretty useless. At most it works for 3 days usually 2 days. I have figured out how to make the shoulder work with a cohesive bandage but we can’t figure out how to make the back patch work. That accounts for the lower star review.

I searched out the company. I saw some positive reviews and negative, about refunds, I simply sent my device back because I chose a different route. I got quick refund in a matter of days no problem.

I am a chronic low back pain sufferer and I really don't want to go more invasive than over the counter pain meds and massage just yet. I stumbled on an add for Kailo and figured it was worth a shot. I started with just one flex patch and it worked. . . . I was shocked. Them I invested in the one that lays a year because I was traveling to Europe and doesn't want the flex to fold up with all of the activity. I like that one even more. I place it mid back and add a small portion of k-tape i already had to the sides because it did make me sweat a bit. I also think the adhesive could be better, but everyone is different. I am sensitive to adhesive but this doesn't bother me at all. Overall, I think the adhesive could be better I will still give it 5 stars because my pain goes down significantly.
