We have been shopping Kai Gourmet as long as they have been in Los Angeles and have never been disappointed on any order. Some of the prices are extraordinary, two pounds of clams cheaper than local clams and better quality, impeccable fish and shellfish, and our favorite, Petulia Smoked Sea Trout, which I think is the best available, far more delicate and flavorful than any lox, smoked salmon or steelhead I've had from anyplace else in the world.

We routinely buy the Ora King salmon. It is the absolute best we've ever had, and I've ordered salmon everywhere I go. This has spoiled me for restaurant salmon! so tender! I used to wonder what I was doing wrong that my salmon came out badly. Now I know it wasn't me, it was the fish itself. You'll never look back once you get this. We get the 6-oz cut, skin on, but I expect any form would be wonderful. I pick it up as I live close, so can't comment on delivery. But, you won't be sorry if you get this. My friends and relatives are converts, too, after eating it with us. They buy it delivered or picked up, depending on where they live (some are in AZ.) We have ordered a few other items (lamb, suasage, other fish), and they were all good too, but this is our go-to once a week meal at least, and for company, too.

The fish is great, I would like to see more options for individual pieces and more variety in the fish. Flounder, grouper, sole, cod. There's more to life than 3 kinds of salmon.

Before Covid, we hadn't purchased fish from Kai Gourmet. It has become a staple in our lives now, and we don't buy fish or seafood anywhere else. We belong to the Friends and Family membership and enjoy trying new seafood and their other specialties. The customer service and the seafood are excellent, and we are hooked! The only place for us. Thank you. :)

We routinely order our fresh and frozen fish from Kai Gourmet. They are always reliable with providing the best tasting and fresh seafood and the quality and packaging of the frozen items is beyond compare. We also enjoy their short ribs and ribeye steaks. We tell all of our friends to try them out!

We have been buying fish and meat products from Kai Gourmet for many years. They have the highest quality products available anywhere. They promptly pack and ship, so it arrives in perfect condition. We have ordered all varieties of seafood items and each one has been perfect. Several years ago, we happened to be driving near Kai Gourmet's business. We stopped by their facility (we did not call first) and observed a large, spotlessly clean environment. We were extremely impressed. We will certainly continue our purchases from Kai Gourmet.

The fish was delivered promptly and it was fresh as can be. Yum!
