I understand that Sevruga Royal Caviar is typically harvested from wild-caught Sevruga sturgeon in the Caspian Sea region. It has an intense nutty flavor and a delicate texture, and the complexity of its flavor is outstanding. If you are looking for a luxurious caviar with a bold and complex flavor, Sevruga Royal Caviar would be a good option to consider. They also have consistently great customer service and are very accommodating. I’m happy to find a great option for fresh seafood in the South Bay. I’ve been getting my fresh seafood from a couple spots in San Diego for many years. It’s super convenient to have the store location so close to home. It would be nice if the pickup process was a bit easier. The last time I went to pickup my order, there wasn’t anyone there to answer the doorbell. I, along with other customers, waited 20 minutes for someone to help us with our orders.
