Shaka Kahili 46"
Shaka Kahili. . . wow. . Let me share my thoughts! I ordered the board a week ago, and it was stuck in Ga from Sat till this morning. . I was on pins and needles as I have been checking out the videos, researching everything about the Shaka Kahili I could find. Nothing compares to actually having it in person, at all. When my box arrived, it was HUGE!! The box came up to my chest, and I'm only 5ft 3in!! It was very well packaged, foamy bits on the tail, middle and the nose. Unwrapping it was like opening up a present! When I finally got that all done, I took my first carpet step. wow. . It was a touch loose, but nothing to worry about, just different from my used boards. . :) I was asked by my local sk8 shop to bring it by and let them look at it and ended up snapping pictures and videos of us all riding it. I posted those to my insta! I havent taken it out on the maiden voyage yet, but I already know it will be It bouncy, not like a surfskate, but more movable, and more boing! when you go around in figure 8's. . I have a feeling this one will become my favorite. . even tho I started out on an older model kahuna cruiser! You all are awesome!! thanks for a sweet board. . looking forward to many rides. . Aloha!! <3

Seconds deck
It was a seconds deck so i expected some cosmetic issues and that would have been cool with that but this deck is twisted like racked and the truck holes are drilled at an angle, looks like a 3 year drilled them but hey whatever . this one will probably hang on my wall cause surprisly the graphics look fine I don't know about mounting trucks, I'll have to re drill the holes but since the deck is twisted one wheel is gonna be like 4 inches of the ground but hey it's cool I live and learn I'll never buy another seconds board again

Bombora second
This was a good bombora. Even though it was listed as a second it still is very nice and very minimum defect.

Awesome!
I've had the Kahuna bamboo stick for almost a month and it is great! I've had so much fun with it and a great way to exercise. I've been showing it to my friends and telling them it is a awesome new way to do and practice stand up paddle boarding. Same goes for skateboarders, gray way to work on that upper body and core.

I love riding my Shaka Kahili Longboard
The wood is amazing, the trucks and wheels are perfect, it's beautiful to look at and the bamboo paddle is easy to handle. All smiles :)

Love this board!
I can’t say enough good things about this board. Stable, smooth, responsive, beautiful. Along with the Kahuna big stick, paddling and surfing the hilly back roads of my quiet northern New Hampshire town at sunrise has become my new daily routine — great for whole-body workout and the pure, soulful joy of it.

What a superbly SMOOOOTH RIDE... !!!
Believe it or not, I took up skateboarding 2 years ago at age 48. Before then I had NEVER even stepped onto any kind of skateboard. My friend got me interested after he built his own short board for hot-dogging and doing tricks, half-pipes, etc... (not really my line of interest)... I really got into longboarding for physical fitness anyways. I picked up a used Kahuna adjustable Big Stik while on vacation and started using it with my (other) 44" longboard that is now playing 'second fiddle' to the Bombora. The Bombora is by far a much smoother ride than my other board. In some respects I don't even quite get the workout, as with my shorter board, because the Bombora DOES ride so smoothly! But don't get me wrong - I love this board in all respects... this thing glides like the wind!!! And is SO stable! (Even with me, the "Chunky Monkey", presently tipping the scales at ~ 250#) It's really hard to put into words how great it rides without actually trying it yourself! SUPER DUTY KUDO's to all the folks at Kahuna Creations for some awesome products!!! - the Bombora and Kahuna Stiks... and many thanks to Kirra for helping make me the neighborhood "Big Kahuna" :) - Mahalo and Hang Ten!

nice carving feel
I previous bought the Bombora for a workout board, but my wife has gravitated more to using that one for more stability stand point. So I was "forced" to buy another board. When I say "forced", I wanted another one. So I bought the Pohaku Surf Rider. The surf rider is a lot more compact than the Bombora and a lot lighter. This board is very flexy and carves so clean. It picks up speed nicely and with the Big Stick Classic its a whole different animal. I have the Bombora with the adjustable Kahuna Stick which is great because of the compact nature, but the Big Stick Classic with the carbon fiber inlay has great flex when you want to power slide on the surf rider. If you buy any of Kahuna Creations board, you won't be disappointed. In my opinion, the Bombora (for workout) and Pohaku Surf Rider (fun and carving) is a must have. Aloha!

Great workout board - zen
I purchased this mainly for a workout and oh man it is. such an upper body and core workout. I'm from the sf bay area while I SUP from time to time and on the off days when I don't want to freeze myself on the cold water, I use the KC board to get my workout on. When I first got the board, I couldn't believe how long the board was. Its pretty big, but it is very stable. My wife has grown more to use the Bombora more than myself. This board carves fair and travels over speed bumps with ease. We get great compliments when riding this board. This board is a head turner. When we go out, my wife uses the Bombora more, so I had to buy another, but went with the Pohaku Surf Rider. Highly recommended if you have no water near or you want a great upper body and core workout or if you just want to ride the waves down the road. Thanks Kahuna Creations!
