I am one week in with the JYM supplements & vitamins, it’s going well adjusting to calorie pre-post supplements with my macros. Had a great training week, ended strong. I am looking forward to seeing how well my progress and early morning endurance continues. I’ve been using jym isowhey ever since it dropped. I love bombcicle and the grape flavored especially with a splash of pierra. I love that they don’t sit heavy or leave me bloated like a regular protein shake. I spend most of my time in the Rocky Mountains. Winter i back country ski almost daily by my own leg power skinning up the mountains. So when i stop for a break a lot of time I’ll mix a clear iso with dextros to keep muscle fresh and fed and something in the tank. Yes its 90 calories but eating doesn’t sit well well your going up a 50 plus degree incline gaining 3000 feet of elevation. Ive also come to drink clear isowhey when i start craving something sweet. The grape flavor always hits the spot. When i lift 45 minutes before ill drink clear iso and ive never had a sick or bloated feeling even when trying ss8 and pushing through the hiits i never noticed having the protein drink in my system. Very light. Very clean flavors
