My 4th or 5th bag of protein all different flavored and all amazing. I have a decent stack going with the bcaa and dextrose to go along with the pre gym. (dragon berry and the iced tea) I love the Facebook group as well great community of good people with awesome mindsets. I am 22 years old started at 180 and I was “skinny fat” now I’m 190 looking like I’ve got some potential now. Thank you guys for making it possible!
