I've been using JYM supps for many years and it has helped my recovery and growth. My only complaint would be the narrow opening of the Creatine+ container. I am only 5'7" and I do not have big hands and even I have trouble reaching inside the container. Other than that, JYM supps are a part of my everyday life helping me to stay strong at 49 years old.
