It was really fast shipping, i ordered them before Christmas and i got them actually a day before Christmas

To put it simple. We Used a gift card we won’t at a livestock show last year. Finally outgrew old boots so…(so we Ordered 3 new pairs of youth boots, 2 for my son other was for my niece who will be showing pigs in June first time ) anyway obviously due to not having size reference we got some anyway…. wr got TWO pairs that were like 4x too big(for my son and 1 for niece). Ultimately we. Decided to keep one for later for hi and return other for a much smaller (NEEDED NOW) pair of boots. But It’s been a HASSLE to get info on returning/exchanging etc including like even getting a label, trying to get a question answered and still no Info on anything or sizes to be able to reorder a different pair. The gift card I had (from my son winning a contest in Jen he showed it to as at San Antonio Tx stockshow for his pig showing so we were attempting to finally get it used, ESPECIALLY since my son Needs bigger boots than his current boots for his show date which now is less than a month a way. Anyways I was told a return label would be sent via email and get ind all ( it’s been a week or longer and nothing. I have proof too but I am Frustrated because I even left extra on the gift card after the boots. I should have used for a new pig showing shirt, belt,pants, even a hat, SOMETHING Now I am out of money on that card, no boots that fit and he will be showing at FTW, SA AND HOUSTON for the junior livestock show . Just very frustrating and doesn’t seem like I will be buying Justin items again. Having a a son who supports Justin and shows livestock and have had this bad of experience is uncalled for

It was extremely stressful to send these back because the return window is very short. Between the restocking fee and return shipping, this cost us $53. We will not buy in the future
