Very comfortable! Suede is a little lighter than pictured, but mellows nicely after waterproofing spray. Leather seems a little thinner than expected. However the big red boot box in a clear plastic shipping wrap is like candy to a porch pirate. Redirected to local FedEx to avoid problems.

The return/exchange process is antiquated. A company of this size should have an online return portal. Very inconvenient and slow which pushed me to another brand
