Feet hurt

You guys did great, like always! As soon as I found out I could buy directly from Justin I never considered doing it any other way. I was so happy after my 1st order I have bought 6 more pair from Justin, it's all I will wear, I Live In My Justin's!

The boot was great fit at first, but they really broke in very fast and realized I should have downsized. I get blisters from all the wiggle room and I can't exchange for a different size because I wore them outside.

Wrong size

Quality has gone down. The lady who helped with warranty the first time was very helpful so can appreciate that. I just don’t want to have to send a second pair back for warranty due to inconvenience and for same issue.
