We have had this trampoline for 2 years now, my kids play on it nearly everyday. We ended up with a hole in the netting that I saw yesterday, I emailed the contact info on the website and had a response within an hour or two! My replacement parts for the lifetime warranty are on the way and I wouldn't be more happy with my experience

We have had a fantastic time with this company! Our trampoline came highly recommended, and I never thought twice about anything more than the quality of the product. However, I did need to reach out to customer support, and the help I received from Wendy was absolutely wonderful! I would say that her support is even better than the product quality, but both are wonderful! It is not easy to find customer service representatives that are prompt, kind, and clear, so Wendy is a keeper!

Thank you, Brooke, for making the second purchase of this trampoline!!! The first one was destroyed by a wind storm. The grandkids are thrilled to have their trampoline back. A few questions and Brooke got us set up and 2 days later, the new trampoline was at the garage door!!! Also, purchase the heavy-duty anchors. they will keep the tramp in place & maybe keep the trampoline on the ground (maybe)!!!

Best tramp we have bought rite from the assembly to the kids playing on it. So safe.

Had some difficulty putting it together myself, once another person was helping it was very easy and simple. Some of the boxes that arrived were pretty beaten up, but I had to move the box many times myself so it's hard to say how that happened. All of the components were still in good condition. Incredibly strong balance

I bought the Jumpflex 10 footer after reading positive reviews so leaving one of my own. Excellent quality for the price, assembly took a few hours but was straightforward. It also came in 2/3 days. The 10 foot was a great size for our small backyard. Two kids can easily bounce on there together. Glad we got it, have been recommending to friends.
