Jump flex has great quality product, quick delivery and a fantastic customer service!

I had a problem with shipping but I don't think it was a jump flex problem. I think It was an Amazon problem. I received a wrong box. But when I called jump flex about it, they immediately asked no questions. And sent me the box, I was missing. 👍

Awesome

Shipping super fast! Easy to set up

Customer service is top notch

No issue with delivery etc & was prompt, just disappointed that I was just told nobody could help with the enclosure issue & that was it. If I owned a company & had a disabled customer I would do more to help!

Came fast

Our trampoline arrived quickly and wasn’t too hard to put together either.

My kids absolutely love this tramp. They are teenagers and it gives them and all the neighbor kids a place to hang and stay busy. Great bounce, easy to put together, very safe.

Excellent quality trampoline. Easy to put together with simple directions. I would buy this again.

We love the trampoline and the exterior netting to keep the grandkids safe. They spend hours in it!

No parts missing. Instal instructions were great.

Kids have had fun with the basketball hoop.

I love Jumpflex and the staff. Customer service is top notch and whenever I order, it gets processed and shipped out quickly!

Fantastic customer service!

Excellent product, superior build quality and instructions. Customer service was excellent on initial order and follow up. Would not hesitate to buy from this company again and wholeheartedly recommended to anybody.

Shipped quick. Two boxes damaged but all the parts were still there. Trampoline was great. Quality of extras was poor.

The best!

Customer service is great and product is quality.

My children, my children’s friends, grandparents and parents all jump on the tramp daily. The tramp is solid, material Is high quality. It has been a great purchase. My only critique would be the feet it is very heavy and mats and smothers my grass where the feet are. Small inconvenience but still the best tramp we have purchased.
