I have ordered a few times from JuJuBe without any problems. Recently, I encountered an issue regarding an incorrectly shipped item; however, the customer service team resolved the matter promptly. I truly appreciated their timely response and the ease of the entire process. I know mistakes can happen, and it's nice to know this company will make it right without having to jump through hoops. That's why I still give them 5 stars! It's nice knowing that if there ever is an issue they will not hesitate to make it right.

Amo jujube

I already love TokiDoki and sugar skulls so combining the design with great quality bags and I had to have them! I love that I can carry so much safely and look stylish doing it. Strong straps and a sturdy zipper are nice on the bag. I love it and have gotten so many compliments!

I did not get a shipping email, so that was frustrating. I appreciate the quick shipment, however, and that the person I spoke with via email through your company was kind and helpful. 🌻
